1. Shipping Methods

Available methods may vary depending on the destination. All packages are shipped via our logistics partner DHL, unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Costs will be displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.

• Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, additional fees such as customs or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer!

3. Processing Times

Please note that our team is not so big, and the processing time before shipping is 1–3 days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will be shipped the same day.

4. Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping in Germany : 3–6 business days (after shipping confirmation)

• Standard Shipping in EU : 3–8 business days (after shipping confirmation)

• No International Shipping for the moment 

Delivery times may vary, especially during high-demand periods.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide; however, certain regions may have restrictions or longer delivery times. If your region is unavailable, please contact us for assistance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status online at any time.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If an item is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 14 days of receipt or the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

The collection „from playgrounds to battlegrounds“ officially releases in October 2025 – and all pre-orders will begin shipping in October.

By placing a pre-order, you secure your size before the official drop.

Each piece is limited and made to order, which means once it’s gone, it’s gone.
